It's about bloggin' time...

Well, just as I thought we had an endless summer ahead of us, there she was....gone.  September again, and a beautiful one at that.  What a summer!  Kids, Florida, Jeanne's Wedding and two great trips out West.  Here are some of the highlights...

The Tangelo tree planted out back in our Florida yard in Jeanne's honor has produced 12 pieces of fruit thus far.  The Mother and Father, above, the twins and the other eight siblings below.  No joke.

The kids surprised me by staying up late (and waking Aidan from a dead sleep) and decorating the house for my birthday.  It was a great day, with hot yoga, a Santa Fe egg sandwich on a green chili bagel, and a home cooked meal with great friends and family.  I may consider having another birthday...

Fall is officially here.  I haven't made cinnamon rolls since I was about 11 years old.  My sister used to come home with her friends and devour them all straight out of the oven.  Now I have the opposite problem - no one to feed them to!
